A person in charge of an education and care service or QEC approved service may refuse to enrol a child at the service or allow attendance, where an immunisation history statement is not provided which shows the child’s immunisation status is “up to date” – see new section 160B of the Public Health Act 2005.
1 new Act has been introduced, namely the Jobs Queensland Act 2015.
